In the tradition of colonial brewers, our Pumpkin Ale begins with hardworking hands picking fresh pumpkins and squash in local fields. We spice and roast our harvest bounty before adding it in two stages to our brewing process, creating a full flavoured craft ale that balances the beer’s hop character with spiced pumpkin. The result is a crisp ale that is a toast to our ancestors.
